You are qualified to write off the market value of your vehicle up to $500. If your vehicle sells for more than $500, then you qualify to deduct the full sale price.

WHAT FORMS DO I USE WHEN I FILE MY TAXES?

If your donated car sells for more than $500 we’ll send you a Tax Form. If your vehicle does not sell for more than $500, you can use the vehicle donation receipt to qualify to write off the market value of your vehicle up to $500.
